Welcome to your
root & sacral chakra initiation
Your place is confirmed. Over the coming month we will explore the root and sacral chakras through mentorship, embodiment and integration. The focus is on deepening your contact with the body, safety, life force, instinct, sensuality, creativity and your ability to be more anchored in yourself.
Before we begin there are two things to do.
One month · private mentorship · two private calls
Next steps
Two things left, then the month begins
Fill in the welcome form
Tell me about yourself, your intention and how you would prefer to be contacted. It helps me meet you exactly where you are.
Book your first call
Your initiation includes two private 90-minute calls during the month. Book the first one here — we book the second together at the end of our first meeting.
Book the first callWe begin
After the first call you receive a direction for the month: practices, reflections and embodiment you can carry with you into everyday life.
