Each retreat is created specifically for you — combining breathwork, nature, nourishment, and gentle guidance in a calm, private setting. Depending on whether you choose to stay for two days or up to five, the structure and pricing will vary. After we’ve connected and explored your needs, I will design a personalized schedule for you and provide a tailored offer. Your stay includes accommodation, nourishing meals, and full access to the surrounding nature. The house is nestled in a quiet environment, with forest just outside and close proximity to Lake Vättern — one of Sweden’s largest and most serene lakes.
