My Story
Hello, beautiful soul
I'm Alva, the founder of Let Life In.
My path has been a search for freedom, healing, truth, and a deeper way of living. What I offer today is not something I learned only from books or trainings — it has been lived, tested, questioned, and embodied through my own journey.
If you've ever felt there must be more to life than survival, overthinking, and carrying everything alone, you are in the right place.

My Journey
My spiritual journey began when I was 18 years old. At that time, I was struggling deeply with self-hatred, social anxiety, and an inner critic that felt louder than my own voice.
In search of relief, I found The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. That book created an important shift in me. For the first time, I sensed that maybe I was not the voice attacking me. Maybe I was the one aware of it.
That insight changed everything.
Before then, I had searched through self-help books and external advice, but much of it felt distant. This was different. It opened the door to a lifelong devotion to understanding the mind, healing, and human transformation.
Over the years, I continued studying, exploring, and building a life around growth and service.
I later trained as a coach and completed academic studies in Food Science and Nutrition. My relationship with food became part of my healing path too, as overeating had been one of the ways I coped with inner pain.
This eventually became another business of mine: Fit by Food.
How Breathwork Found Me
I've always been a driven person. I would push hard, then crash. Start strong, then feel overwhelmed. My body began carrying the cost of that pattern through stress, pain, and dysregulation.
I knew I needed something deeper than information.
Then I discovered breathwork at a spiritual festival.
Something in me recognised it immediately.
This practice reached places that thinking could not reach. It helped me move emotion, soften inner pressure, and experience clarity and balance in a direct, embodied way.
For an active mind like mine, it felt like finding the bridge.
The impact was so real that I chose to train as a breathwork facilitator myself.
Today, I hold deep reverence for the breath and for the intelligence within the body. My path is still alive, and I remain a student of life, healing, and truth.

How I Work
My approach blends embodiment, emotional honesty, nervous system awareness, and practical insight.
I care about depth, but also about what actually creates change. This work is not about performing healing. It is about creating real shifts in how you feel, respond, and live.
I offer a grounded and intuitive space where you can meet yourself with more truth, softness, and courage.
Who I Work Best With
I work especially well with people who are thoughtful, sensitive, self-aware, and ready for change.
Many have tried to think their way forward and are now ready to include the body.
Many are successful on the outside, yet still feel tension, disconnection, or an inner pressure they can no longer ignore.
If you long for a deeper way of living, this work may resonate with you.
Why Breathwork for an Active Mind
I have a special love for supporting active minds.
If meditation has felt frustrating, breathwork can offer a more tangible path into presence. The breath gives the mind something clear to focus on while guiding the body into regulation and calm.
For many people, it becomes an easier doorway into stillness, trust, and inner connection.
What I Believe
Healing becomes possible when insight meets embodiment.
Many people do not need more pressure — they need safety, truth, and a way back to themselves.
The breath can guide us beyond overthinking and into presence.
Transformation does not have to be violent to be real.
The life you are longing for often begins by learning how to let life in.

If you want to know me beyond the words on this page, here's my chart.
I've always loved the idea that a birth chart holds a language for the parts of us that are difficult to explain — the patterns, contradictions, sensitivities and gifts that somehow make us who we are.
So, for those who speak the language too, I'll let the chart introduce me.
